Our Story

George P. Buhalis began his journey in 1979 as a Software Developer, designing and developing benefit software systems such as Contribution, Accounting, Eligibility, Claims, Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Pension Systems.

Using the knowledge he acquired throughout the development process, he and his team began to offer Third-Party Administrative Services (TPA) in addition to his Software Systems.

His team created a culture of commitment, focused on delivering the best service to Trustees and their Participants. Mr. Buhalis said, “We were the solutions company, offering the best in Administration and Computer Software to our clients."

"Trustees appreciated our pro-active approach to service, and we constantly initiated new Solutions for their Funds.” Mr. Buhalis, along with his dedicated team, grew his company into one of the most respected TPAs in the industry prior to his departure in 2017.

Since then, he has reflected on the future needs of Trustees and Participants in the Taft-Hartley Benefit industry.

Understanding first-hand what it takes to run a “client-driven” TPA and Software company, Mr. Buhalis went back to his roots to draw inspiration. Combining his knowledge and experience with the latest in technologies, he began the meticulous process of developing software for an evolving industry. Armed with 40 years of industry expertise, and keeping his focus on the “client”, he gathered a committed innovative team.

In April 2019, Mr. Buhalis and his team launched his new company,  Solxsys Administrative Solutions, L.L.C.

Mr. Buhalis strongly believes that his Administrative team, coupled with cutting-edge Software, are the next generation of solutions for an industry he is so passionate to serve.
